Roof & Gutter Restoration in Surrey Downs, SA

For this project, we carried out a comprehensive roof and gutter restoration, enhancing both functionality and appearance. The rusted gutters were replaced with high-quality new ones, while four sections of rotten fascia boards were carefully removed and replaced to restore structural integrity. 

To refresh the home’s exterior, we painted all fascia boards and barge ends in Monument, creating a sleek and modern finish. Additionally, 420 broken roof tiles were replaced to strengthen the roof and improve its ability to withstand the elements.

To further reinforce the roof, we completed a full re-bed, grind, and repointing of the ridge caps, ensuring long-lasting stability. The entire roof underwent a high-pressure clean to remove dirt, moss, and debris, followed by one coat of primer and two coats of roof membrane for enhanced durability and weather resistance. 

The chosen colour scheme of Monument for the gutters, fascia, barge ends, and roof has given the property a fresh, cohesive, and contemporary appearance, while also ensuring it remains well-protected for years to come.
